Senior Business Analyst Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong domain expertise in Wholesale or Commercial Banking, and who can work independently with senior stakeholders to deliver regulatory and business transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in regulatory projects like MiFID, Brexit, or similar initiatives, and be able to drive end-to-end business analysis for complex banking or regulatory change programs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and senior business teams to gather and manage requirements, perform deep-dive product and data analysis related to trade, treasury, or regulatory domains, and own requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and signoffs.
In addition, the successful candidate will support the implementation lifecycle from requirement to delivery and testing, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
• Strong Wholesale Banking / Commercial Banking / Markets Domain Knowledge
• Proven Experience in Regulatory Change Projects (MiFID, Brexit, etc.)
• Experience Working in Mid-to-Large Transformation Programs
• Exceptional Communication, Documentation, and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Ability to Manage Ambiguity and Deliver Results in a Fast-Paced Environment
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to MSS (Markets & Securities Services) or Treasury Products
• Experience Working with Cross-Border Compliance, Regulatory Reporting
• Agile or Hybrid Delivery Methodology Familiarity
