The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Coordinator to join our global Knowledge & Expertise team, to support the team's delivery of two key pillars for the APAC region:

A cross-practice legal learning programme, aimed at uplifting the capabilities of Ashurst lawyers across the APAC region, and;
Strengthening central coordination of expertise lawyers and enhancing the model for expertise administration across Ashurst.
This role can be based at our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices.

The Knowledge & Expertise Coordinator's responsibilities will include:

Coordinating internal legal learning programmes, and supporting the delivery of internal legal learning events
Learning Management System (LMS) management, transition and maintenance
Maintaining expertise data, including lawyer and expertise partner directories and maintaining annual data on expertise coverage
Providing administrative support for stakeholder meetings chaired by the APAC Head of Expertise & Legal Learning

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

Prior relevant experience in a training coordination role in a law firm or professional services environment
Excellent project coordination and organisational skills, coupled with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including a demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with all levels of stakeholders
A proactive and "can-do" attitude, with the ability to work autonomously or within a team
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with document management systems, learning management systems and hosting Zoom webinars
