About the Role:
Reporting to the Export Marketing Officer, this role will support the Export team in managing and growing our international customer base. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders and assist with sales activities to drive export sales, along with other Administrative duties as required.
The position will be Permanent Full Time and based in Canning Vale, WA.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with international customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Process export orders and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends.
Some weekend work will be required.
Backup the team in some non-export areas.
Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining records
About You:
You will have:
A bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience in NEXDOCs and/or EDISOFT is an advantage.
Provable experience in sales or export related roles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
The ability to take responsibility, work independently as well as being part of a team
MS Office skills. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Mandarin language is a strong advantage.
