About the Role
FlairList Global is hiring execution-focused professionals who can manage end-to-end client growth and international trade operations.
This role combines business consulting, client handling, mentorship, and export execution — meaning you won’t just advise, you will build, guide, and close real business opportunities.

Core Responsibilities1. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Onboard new clients (consulting + export) into the ecosystem
Understand their business, goals, and revenue potential
Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
2. Business Consulting & Growth Strategy
Analyze client businesses and identify growth opportunities
Provide practical, revenue-focused solutions (sales, marketing, expansion)
Guide clients on execution strategies, not just theory
Continuously track and improve client performance
3. Training, Mentorship & Guidance
Conduct one-on-one and group mentorship sessions
Train clients on business growth, sales, and export opportunities
Simplify complex strategies into actionable steps
Ensure clients are actively implementing guidance
4. Export Consulting & Trade Facilitation
Identify and initiate export opportunities for clients
Facilitate connections between buyers, suppliers, and partners
Guide clients on pricing, product selection, and market demand
Help clients build and scale their export business
5. Trade Operations & Execution
Handle end-to-end trade lifecycle (from sourcing to delivery)
Manage documentation, compliance, and coordination
Work closely with logistics, EXIM, and operational partners
Ensure smooth execution of domestic & international trades
6. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate with buyers, suppliers, and stakeholders
Structure profitable deals for all parties involved
Close high-value consulting and export transactions
Maximize margins and revenue opportunities
7. Revenue Ownership
Drive consulting + export revenue targets
Convert leads into paying clients
Identify new monetization opportunities within existing clients
Who Should Apply
Experience in Business Consulting / Sales / Export-Import / Trade Operations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients, operations, and revenue together
Execution mindset — you get things done, not just planned
Comfortable with responsibility, targets, and ownership
