Role Description
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to join as a founding team member. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharmaceutical Business Development Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end sales from generating lead, sourcing products and closing order. This role is for you if you enjoy challenges, solving problems and passionate about building business. We are looking for individual with owners mindset.

Experience ->Minimum of 2 to 4 years in similar role
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market data (exports, tender reports, IQVIA) to capture trends and insights
• Preparing business cases and pricing proposals
• Generating new leads
• Develop by country wish list of products by analysing market data and engaging with partners
• Identify source to in-license or develop products
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and buyers
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers and industry leaders
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during business development activities
• Assist general manager in running business operations
Qualifications
• Experience in business development, sales, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of export regulations and market trends
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
