Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to manage and coordinate all export-related documentation and procedures. The candidate will ensure timely preparation of shipping documents, compliance with international trade regulations, and smooth coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage complete export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, LC documents, etc.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation as per international and country-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with export laws, DGFT, customs, and regulatory guidelines.
Apply for and maintain export-related certificates (e.g., COO, FSSAI (if applicable), Embassy attestation, Insurance etc.)
Track shipments, follow up on consignments, and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain document records and update MIS reports.
Work closely with finance and logistics teams for smooth shipment execution.
Coordinate with banks for LC documentation and negotiation (if applicable).
Address customer queries related to export documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
