Designation: Executive (Documentation & Logistics)
Qualification:
1. Graduation with 5 years of experience in Import – Export field.
2. Diploma / Degree in Export Import Management from reputed institution
3. Commanding knowledge on Incoterms, Foreign Trade policy and procedure.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for entire logistics activities.
2. Preparation of Pre shipment and Post Shipment documents.
3. Coordination with operations team and sending the Invoice and Packing list to operations team well before the stuffing date.
4. Coordinate with insurance company and make sure timely intimations sent to them for OFAC countries shipments and getting their approval before the stuffing date.
5. Coordination with CHA / forwarders for timely movement of vehicles/containers to factory for stuffing.
6. Checking the draft shipping bill check list and giving confirmation to CHA / forwarders.
7. Checking that MEIS and Drawback benefits mentioned in the shipping bill.
8. Preparing BL draft and sending the same to CHA before the sailing of shipment
+. Checking the BL draft and confirming the draft BL immediately on sailing of vessel.
10. Coordinate with forwarders for timely sailing of vessel and timely release of BL.
11. Coordination with forwarders/ CHA for getting the original BL and other documents.
12. Posting the entries of each document in EMSS software.
13. Resolve any problem arising during stuffing and clearance of cargo.
14. Preparation of draft documents and sending the same to buyer approval
15. Preparation of bank documents.
16. Tracking of shipments and checking the ETA of shipment and in case of any changes in ETA informing the same logistics Manager
17. Preparing the shipment chart on daily basis and report to the Logistics Manager on status of each shipment.
18. Following up with bankers for uploading the EBRC and make sure the exports benefits are claimed on time without any deductions.
1+. Prepare the MIS statement as required by the management on Daily / weekly / Monthly basis.
20. Any other work assigned by the Management / Logistics Manager.

Salary: ₹8,777.40 - ₹35,000.00 per month
