Job Description
Responsibilities :Should have Knowledge of exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities. Co-ordination with the customs clearing and forwarding agent for the execution of shipment and other export related documents. Prepare Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents like Invoice, Packing List, Shipping details, GSP/Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C, eBRC documents, Airway Bill or Bill of lading, Proforma Invoice & Sales Invoice. Should be proficient on export process and customs regulations. Should be aware of the incentives related to export shipments. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
