Day to day entries of assigned regions in Tally
Prepare Pre & Post-Shipment documents like Invoice, Packing List, Shipping details, GSP/Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C.
Prepare Pre & Post-Shipment Bill of lading, Proforma invoice & Commercial invoice
Co-ordination with the shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities like obtain, tracking, scheduling information
Coordination with, CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments,
Preparing Commission Payments & Checking
Preparing of All Kinds of shipping line payments checking Freight & FOB
Follow up for payment confirmation against shipments with line and get BL released
Prepare BRC details and submit in bank
Follow up on uploading of BRC from bank
Preparing Statement EPCG license and trading house
