Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage end-to-end export operations, demand supply chain, stock planning, ecommerce operations (Amazon, Tiktok, Noon, etc) including freight forwarding, documentation, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a consumer brand or startup environment, along with hands-on exposure to US and Gulf export markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Export Operations & Freight Forwarding:
1 Handle complete export shipment lifecycle (booking to final delivery)
2 Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners
3 Manage shipments for US and GCC (Gulf) markets
4 Ensure timely dispatch and smooth execution
2. Documentation & Compliance:
1 Prepare export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.
2 Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and DGFT guidelines
3 Maintain accuracy and proper documentation records
3. Supply Chain & Demand Planning:
1 Support demand forecasting and supply chain coordination
2 Assist in inventory planning and order fulfillment
4. Coordination & Communication:
1 Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams
2 Communicate with international clients for seamless operations

Mandatory Requirements
1 2–3 years of experience in export operations
2 Experience in ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Tiktok, Noon, etc)
3 Experience in consumer brand / D2C / startup
4 Hands-on experience in freight forwarding (end-to-end)
5 Exposure to US & Gulf export markets
6 Knowledge of export compliance, documentation, and legalities.
