Qualifications:
· B Sc. / B. Tech / Post graduate in Engineering preferably Chemical.
· Masters Degree / Diploma in Business Management or International Marketing would be an advantage.
Experience:
7 - 8 years relevant experience in International Sales & Product Marketing of Industrial & Specialty Chemicals for the Paints, Adhesives, Construction and allied Industries. Exposure to B2B Marketing with specific focus on the Middle East / Africa Region is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· To sustain and grow the business of the Company’s Product offerings in specified Regional Markets
· Capitalize on growth opportunities through new product streams
· Achieve revenue generation & profitability targets over the specified time horizon
· Raise market share in the designated country clusters
· Maintain a constant awareness of the competitive landscape in the designated territory, opportunities for expanding the customer base and new industry developments
Other Attributes
· Display high level of analytical skills
· Tech savvy with MS Office, Sales Force CRM and other utilities
· Good communication skills
· Should be a go-getter
Compensation: Annual CTC 12.0 to 14.0 Lakhs (inclusive of Variable Pay
