Job Description
•To manage and build existing business with the distributors in the assigned territories
•To identify and develop new potential customers in marketing our brand products in different countries or assigned market region
•Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
•To ensure all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume and given timeline
•To participate in the trade shows and exhibition to create brand awareness
•Generate new leads & understand customer's requirements and developing relationship.
•During the course of the day, they may negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
•Use the most appropriate method of communication when being the first point of contact for all customers.
•Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
Requirements
•Master/Bachelor degree
•1-3 years of experience
•Strong research skills, service oriented and great negotiation skills
•Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and pro-active worker
