Export Marketing Specialist Organic | Conventional

~Work experience in Import Export, preferably in agro industry

~Co-ordination with the sales team & planing department.

~ Pre shipment & post shipment details.

~ Co-ordination with the clearing agents for the booking details.

~ Co-ordination with the brokers & buyer for documents & contract details.

~ Co-ordinate with buyer for payment & confirm with account dept.

~ Maintaining proper track of all the shipment with data.

~Coordinating with the CHA

~Talking to suppliers and buyers

~Sending trade confirmation

~Sending trade contracts

~Keeping track on everyday trade activities

~Prepare a complete set of Doc.

~Pertaining to import Knowledge of pre & post shipment documentation

~Follow up samples quality report etc

~Keeping vessel updates
