Role Description
ECMS is seeking a highly organized Operations Specialist to join our operation team in City of Industry, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Ensure that all contract documents are complete and conform to required standards and export regulations
• Receive, review, and process export documentation such as B/L and AWB
• Data entry and maintain shipment info in a timely and accurate
• Tracking/tracing of shipments
• Coordinate any necessary transportation to make sure that delivery has been completed
• Ensure cargo pick-up and delivery on schedule
• Ensure that all documents are in proper order scan, fax, and file documents
• Handle pick-up instructions and sends arrival notices
• Analyze airline capacity and performance
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Accurate data entry skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
