Tilara Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers of extruded plastic sheets in Asia, located in Rajkot, Gujarat. Our manufacturing facilities are spread over more than 275,000 square feet, equipped with advanced extrusion machines, and processing control technology to deliver high-quality extruded plastic sheets. We manufacture a wide range of products and have close to two decades of experience in the extrusion industry. Our products are certified by BIS, ISO, CE, and EN 16240:2013, and we export to 25 countries.
Role Description
Job Purpose: To Identify new and develop existing, sustainable International opportunities in accordance with agreed plans and targets in order to support the strategic growth of the Company.
Key Result Area:
-Successful identification and development of agreed territory markets with sustainable sales revenue.
-Delivering to sales order target per annum. 10% year-on-year growth.
-Effective management and planning. for customer leads, Day-to-day management of the customer database, and own workload.
-Customer interface through quote follow-up and technical/commercial quote clarifications.
-Effective management of sales inquiries, review, interpretation, and suitable product selection.
-Effective time management to ensure maximum return on invested time with customers.
-Effectively conveying information about the Companys products and services to appropriate customers.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience in export and international business
Sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
Knowledge and understanding of the international market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
Experience in the plastics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field,
