Buildcare Chemicals is seeking an experienced and motivated Export Sales

Person to join our team. The Export Sales Person will be responsible for

developing and maintaining relationships with international clients and growing

the company's export sales. The successful candidate will have a strong

understanding of the export sales process and a proven track record of meeting

and exceeding sales targets.

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team and take

charge of sales and business development in the paints, coatings, intermediaries,

dyes, and pigments industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for

developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with new and

existing customers, and achieving sales targets in designated international

markets.

● Develop and execute export sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

● Identify and qualify new international sales opportunities and products

● Data mining and data analysis for new products related to buildcare chemicals.

● Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth

● Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients

● Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing

and delivery

● Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor

activities

● Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate

international markets and achieve sales targets.

● Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends,

and competition.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors

through regular visits, phone calls, and emails.

● Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals

with customers.

● Provide after-sales support, including order processing, shipping, and

resolving customer complaints or issues.

● Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the products, market

trends, and competition to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

● Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer

feedback to inform business decisions.

● Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote

the company's products and services
