SALES - EXPORT SALES
To Generate enquires form the clients.
• Market research
• Web analvtics
• Project management
• Preparing quotation as per requirement.
• Follow-up with clients.
• Coordinate with National and International clients.
• Executing orders.
• Social media (strategy, campaigns, etc.)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Preparing Quotations and Proforma invoice of Export Order.
• Preparing Commercial Invoice, Packing list, online Insurance Certificate.
• Checking checklist draft, BL Air Way Bill and certificate of origin.
• Co-ordinate with factory for export shipment.
• Taking rates from freight forwarder and arranging transport for export shipment.
• Co-ordinate with CHA and freight forwarder to ensure the smooth process of timely delivery.
• Sending post shipment documents through courier or bank to customer.
• Submitting post shipments documents to bank for EBRC purpose and checking same on DGFT site.
• Checking drawback status with statements.
Preparing Import documents.
• Online Custom Duty payment
