Experience: 2 – 6 Yrs
Job Description:
• Coordinate with the end-to-end customers for support.
• Develop new customers for the development of new products as well as existing products.
• Identify the potential new customers from the global market.
• Coordination with the plant including production, planning, and quality departments.
• Handle back office operations including order management, updating production status to customers, taking dispatch approval from the customer, and payment follow-ups.
• Keep the updates for ongoing and shipped shipments to the customers.
Desired Skills:
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good experience in Excel and PPT.
• Should have experience in lead generation from the international market.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and documents.
• Handle the customer complaints and queries for the shipment.
