Studying the market in the target country or countries.
· Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business leads.
· Prepare action plans to search for international sales leads and prospects from data gathering to other prospecting activities with use of different search engines and social media platforms.
· Finding the best Products that suits to Particular country and current consumer trends.
· Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.
· Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents.
· Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports and logistics.
· Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.
· Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
· Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
· Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
· Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to them.
· Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze competitor’s activities.
· Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
