Job Description
Assist Merchandising Manager on Order management.
Preparation of Sales order documents / Follow up on order status.
Maintain buyer s database & Correspondence keynotes.
Product promotion presentation, quotation & query resolution.
Product Data Management (Technical Data, CAD, Swatches etc)
Conduct pre-production meeting with Merchandiser Manager and production Manager.
Production planning, Scheduling, Liaison within factory & with Vendors
Product labelling as per buyer s requirement (Label artwork preparation, approval, follow-up printers etc)
Shipment Inspection planning
Shipment Dispatch support to Shipping /logistics deptt.
CRM activities, sending notification to buyers on various shipment activities & other tasks assigned by sales team
