About the role
In response to our rapid expansion, we are seeking to increase our network of Scribes to assist with recruitment processes for our government clients. This role involves working closely with recruitment panels to ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the selection process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and transparency of government recruitment.
The successful candidates will be employed on a casual contractual basis, with competitive remuneration negotiable based on experience plus 11.5% superannuation.
Duties
Scribing during recruitment processes, including taking comprehensive and accurate notes
Conducting and documenting reference checks
Preparing selection reports based on interview notes and Panel discussions
Providing administrative support where required, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records
Our ideal candidate
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are organised, reliable, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in scribing, recruitment, or a related field, with a strong understanding of government recruitment processes.
We are looking for candidates who are able to support recruitment processes onsite in Canberra, but are also open to considering those who are only able to scribe remotely.
