About the Role

This role is a full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional medical environment.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest for positions across the following clinic locations: Salisbury, Gawler, Barossa, Playford. Please note, some positions may require travel between clinics.

Comprehensive Training Provided

To set you up for success, you'll take part in a five-week, full-time training program at our Hampstead Gardens training centre. This structured program will equip you with the skills, systems knowledge, and confidence to excel in your new role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls

Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries

Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers

Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties

Finalise billing and other essential support tasks

This role requires flexibility to work across both call centre and reception shifts

About You:

You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude

Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you

A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment

Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required)

Customer service experience is a must
