Navantia Australia plays a key part in the Australian government's Naval Shipbuilding Plan, we are committed to growing Australia's shipbuilding and sustainment capability and we want you to grow your career with us. We are growing considerably and are seeking expressions of interest from talented professionals to join our teams based in Sydney Garden Island Defence Precinct office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and like-minded engineers on sustaining Navantia designed warships in service with the Royal Australian Navy (including Hobart Class DDGs, Canberra Class LHDs and Supply Class AORs).
Disciplines include:
Project Management
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Combat Systems Integration, Systems Engineers, ILS, Naval Architects)
Draftspersons
Asset Management
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience working in the Defence or Maritime industry (desirable).
Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance
