About the Roles:
We are seeking Expressions of interest from experienced Field Service Technicians to join our expanding team in Emerald, Central Queensland. Flexible rosters will commence in the first and second week of June 2026. Candidates have the option to either reside in Emerald or Drive In Drive Out from nearby towns such as Gladstone, Rockhampton, or Mackay. For DIDO candidates, we will cover accommodation and meals.
What you will do:
Work on a variety of John Deere Agricultural, Turf and Construction machinery
Perform general servicing, repairs, major overhauls, and new machine assembly
Handle equipment such as Tractors, Sprayers, Graders, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Mini Skid Steers, Cotton Pickers and Combine Harvesters
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical Trade Certificate with post-trade work experience
Extensive experience as a Field Service Technician
Knowledge of Agricultural & Construction machinery
Experience with engine overhauls and major repairs, including electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills
A current and valid driver's license
A mature attitude with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving in both workshop and field environments
Strong work ethic, proactive, and outcome-focused
High-risk work tickets and/or licenses are highly regarded
