ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is ideal for someone who possess a love for children and the desire to work and serve their needs as a positive Christian role model. The Extended Care Team Lead is responsible for a team who provides playground supervision; helps out in Study Hall; assist in the lunchroom; assist teachers with special projects, and at times come up with activities the students can participate in while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. The Extended Care Team Lead is responsible to ensure that all in the team are following safety rules and guidelines at all times.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the character qualities of leadership, enthusiasm, courtesy, flexibility, integrity, gratitude, kindness, self-control, perseverance, and punctuality.
The position has the physical demands of standing and walking for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds comfortably. The ideal candidate will be First Aid/CPR certified or willing to do so within a short period of time.
This is an amazing opportunity for college students who are interested in a career in education and anyone with a love and energy to work with elementary aged children.
Job Type: Full-time, available to work between the hours of 7:30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
