Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Description: The Site Supervisor will lead the development of innovative retail store designs, create 2D layouts and 3D views, and collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project progress.
Responsibilities:
1. Design Development: Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project progress, conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to deadlines, and maintain close oversight of projects to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
2. Store Enhancement: Incorporate new design and aesthetic elements in existing stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards for all design and construction projects.
3. Project Execution: Work as part of the Pan-India Project Team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure effective follow-up with vendors for material procurement and project execution.
4. Innovation & Updates: Stay updated on new interior design technologies and incorporate them into projects, research and suggest creative ideas and techniques to enhance store designs.
5. Team Coordination: Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate with vendors and teams, flexibility to travel for site visits as required, and comprehensive material knowledge is an added advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Auto CAD for 2D designs (knowledge of 3D design software is a plus), strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and interior work for retail store designs, familiarity with standard commercial interior guidelines including electrical loads, exterior material specifications, and fire and safety compliance requirements.
