Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent qualification, with a strong educational background.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and completing multiple residential projects.
• Proficiency in design software, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Extensive knowledge of design concepts, such as layout, style, mood board, material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
• Ability to create detailed project specifications and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Strong sales skills, including crafting compelling sales pitches and leading design meetings with clients.
• Essential behavioral traits include being result-driven, collaborative, honest, communicative, and open to learning.
