Job Summary:
As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of interior projects. You will oversee the on-site execution of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety standards are met. Key duties include:
• Supervising contractors and laborers
• Coordinating with designers, vendors, and clients
• Maintaining site schedules and resolving on-site challenges
• Maintaining site safety and compliance
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of contractors and laborers to achieve project objectives
Develop and implement project schedules and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and reported incidents are documented and addressed
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-4 years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
Work Environment:
Full-time position working from an office location
Must be able to commute to the designated work location
