Job Overview
Livspace's Regional Head will be responsible for leading our interior styling team and achieving exceptional results.
Main Tasks:
• The Regional Head will drive target delivery in key areas, including Funnel Review, NGMV Delivery + Sales Input Hygiene, and monthly targets in Furniture and Furnishing category.
• They will develop customized project-level pitch strategies and train stylists on value propositions to improve conversion effectiveness.
• Regular market visits to 3 unique brands/stores per month will be conducted to gather feedback and share insights with the category team for product development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• A graduate or postgraduate degree is mandatory.
• Relevant sales or design experience, category experience for an AGM/GM role, and team handling experience preferably up to 8-15 reportees is required.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, effective communication, training & strategy, business analytics, conversion effectiveness, and target delivery skills are necessary.
