Are you looking to start your career in Fraud prevention?
Join Kiwibank’s Customer protection team and contribute to ensuring our customers and the bank are protected from fraudulent activity. In this role you will:
Review and resolve fraud cases referred by frontline teams.
Analyse fraud trends and transaction patterns to ensure cases are handled appropriately.
Action gambling blocks, two-factor authentication requests, and re-debits.
Respond to customer and staff enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.
Provide updates on fraud investigations.
Help customers spot fraud red flags and avoid future scams.
Share tools and tips to protect their accounts and personal information.
Work closely with Fraud Investigators and other specialist teams.
Ensure smooth handover and resolution of complex cases.
