About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic External Supplies Coordinator to join our vibrant team! This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of supplies, making a real impact on the services we provide to Sonic Healthcare UK clients and laboratories.
Day-to-day tasks:
Collaborate with the Laboratory Services Helpdesk Team, Warehouse Team, and Sales & Service to address supply-related queries, via phone and email, with confidence and efficiency.
Process orders for TDL clients with precision and care, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Utilise internal ticketing software to assign, track, and complete jobs.
monitoring orders—whether internal or international—and ensure on-time deliveries.
Liaise with colleagues and managers to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports, keeping stakeholders in the know and the process running smoothly.

This is a full time post 40 hours per week.
