Job Title: Extract and Scan Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA (90065)
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift openings
Hours: Sun - Thurs 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / Mon - Fri 2:30PM - 11:00PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Extract and Scan Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:
• Extract and scan co-mingled mail into organized bundles using high-speed imaging equipment.
• Classify all documents accurately and escalate any cash items to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of all assigned tasks.
What's Needed?
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with imaging equipment and document classification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend client's standard operating procedures and instructions
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Able to stand up to 95% of the time
