Glass Monocle Eyecare is a successful optical dispensary in Toronto. We are currently looking for serious, motivated sales Specialists that are professional and customer service oriented. As an eyecare clinic, we provide all types of services for our patients; complete eye examinations, contact lens fitting, prescription and non prescription frame fittings, etc. An Eyewear Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and ensuring high customer satisfaction with every client, as well as generating sales revenue through the sales of contact lenses, prescription & non prescription frames, and sunglasses.
Responsibilities:
Promote and complete the sales of Glass Monocle eyewear in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
Have an interest for continued learning.
Finish all responsibilities in a prompt and effective fashion.
Keeping a clean and tidy environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
A willingness to learn and improve.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
Willing and able to work flexible hours.
Comfortable using a computer.
Previous experience in Optical field is a plus but not necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
