Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our PCD Pharma sales operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the PCD model, distributor/channel partner management, and strategic execution for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the PCD pharma division sales operations and drive monthly/quarterly targets
Identify, appoint, and manage new PCD distributors/franchise partners across assigned regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Strategically plan product promotions, pricing, and regional sales strategies
Ensure timely order execution, payment collection, and customer satisfaction
Train and guide junior sales team members, if any
Coordinate closely with marketing, logistics, and product management teams
Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in PCD Pharma sales
Proven track record in team management and distributor handling
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing & distribution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively, as required
Graduate in Science or Pharmacy preferred
