Position : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Production
Required Qualification & Certification : B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : At least 5-10 years
Location : Keshwana, Rajasthan
Behavioral Competencies :
• Strong Leadership & Managerial Skills
• Target oriented with focus on key deliverables.
Technical Skills
• Hands on MS Office-MS Outlook / PPT / MS Excel / MS Word. Should be able to effectively create reports & presentations.
• Should have knowledge of Auto CAD.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Should be working in heavy engineering / OEM company .
• Analyze al root causes for all fabrication issues.
• Engineering Drawing knowledge is must.
• Coordinate with fabrication technician and provide support to all teams.
• Knowledge of various steels and different welding process for joining them
• Handling of workers and their full utilization .
• Additional NDT qualification is required like DPT,MPT,RT etc
• New product development skill required
• Knowledge of computer / ERP..
• Assist factory manager and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspection.
• Maintain quality for all fabrication as per drawings / customer requirements
• Should have good communication skills both written and verbal.
