Job Description
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Prepare and assemble molds and forms for precast concrete products
• Place reinforcing steel, inserts, embeds, and lifting devices as per drawings
• Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete to required quality standards
• Strip, patch, and finish precast elements after curing
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment safely
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of precast components
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
