About the Role :
We are looking for a FACA Engineer to lead failure analysis and corrective actions across CNC operations and anodizing processes. This role involves problem-solving, customer engagement, and stakeholder management to ensure world-class quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
• Perform Failure Analysis (FACA) and root cause investigations using standard methodology.
• Drive corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer interactions.
• Ensure process health through Cp / Cpk analysis and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills :
• Hands-on experience in FACA and CNC operations .
• Experience with of Anodizing process .
• Customer interaction , customer handling and management.
• Proficiency in 7 QC Tools , SPC / SQC, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to data analysis tools (Minitab / JMP).
• Knowledge of stack-up analysis (mandatory), FMEA (preferred), and Six Sigma (added advantage).
Experience & Education :
• Qualification : B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience : 2–6 years in EMS, Automotive, or relevant manufacturing industries.
