Facade Draftperson

Avante Façade Consulting is a global consulting firm with offices in North America, Korea, India and Turkey. We are seeking an highly experienced Façade Designer to join our expanding team to support projects throughout the Indian market. The Façade Designer for supporting multiple façade consulting projects on wide variety of large scale buildings. The ideal candidate would be competent in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Etc.)and MS Office. Competency in other software such as Rhino, Catia and SOLIDWORKS are highly desirable. Language skills must include fluency in English (verbal and written). Qualified candidate that demonstrates diligence and management acumen shall have the opportunity to follow several career paths within our group of companies. The work scope includes the following: 1. Review new projects and develop concept designs and submittal drawings in 2D and 3D 2. Collaborate with team within our large staff to support each assigned project. 3. Coordinate design and engineering with our staff designers and engineers. 4. Review client drawings, renderings and other documents prior to initiating submittal drawings. 5. Ensure that the administrative support is in place for timely client responses and follow up. 6. Maintain committed schedule durations. 7. Review all work product before submittal to the client. 8. Work with estimating to develop quantity surveys. +. Maintain the highest level of customer engagement and service. 10. Strong interpersonal and team building skills. Qualifications: 1. BE/Diploma degree or equal practical experience in façade design, architecture, product design or relevant field preferred. 2. Ability to travel within the market area (India). 3. Successful work experience in the façade industry for a minimum of 5 years. 4. Project portfolio of projects with primary responsibility for the façade elements.
