We are looking for a passionate and energetic School Facilitator with strong English communication skills and a positive attitude to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll bring Activity-Based Learning (ABL) to life — creating fun, hands-on classroom experiences that spark students creativity, fuel their curiosity and strengthen their critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up learning corners, materials, and resources for interactive classroom activities.
Encourage student participation, exploration, and collaboration through ABL techniques.
Observe and record student engagement, progress, and classroom behavior.
Support teachers in managing classrooms and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school events to enhance teaching quality.
Who We’re Looking For:
Graduate in any stream (Education background preferred).
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in teaching or facilitation are welcome to apply.
