Job Description
Overall:
Inspire, support, and handhold 1 KGBV school, about 10 teachers to strengthen leadership and managerial practice across the four pillars of school leadership
Develop spoken English of students of grades 6 through 8 as per Program Design in a Gujarati medium school in Gujarat
Conduct baseline and close line of students and School Leaders and document the same as per the process
Document change stories on monthly basis
Be a role model for change in terms of personal being of Model Integrity
Attend weekly trainings, workshops, meetings
Teaching Students
Teaching spoken English to Grade 6 to 8 in partner schools
Learning platform activities - use of LMS system for flipped and extended learning
Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post-test
Conducting special days and events, whenever applicable in sync
Training & Development
Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.
Upgrade own skills and methodologies by self-learning
Assist school authorities in the school development plan for the upcoming academic calendar
Formulate strategies to deal with efficient learning outcomes at the school level
Should be actively involved in the SMC/ SDMCs present in school and work towards the implementation of SDP
Hours of work: 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM or +:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
