Responsibilities:
Ideal candidate should be able to handle Air travel/Immigration/Visa processing and accommodation for Zynga India Employees.
Create procurement requests and purchase orders for facilities and game teams.
Perform procurement and shipping of materials related to special events.
Perform new vendors onboarding and evaluation.
Manage offsite events and logistics arrangements.
Support IT team with asset collection, logistics process.
Review vendor SOW/Agreement documents for facilities and game teams
Work on budget forecasting and monitoring Budget vs Actual spend.
Monitoring statutory compliance and tracking of facility vendor staff
Overlooking vendor invoices and processing.
