About the Role
The Facilities Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Facilities team, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of building services and maintenance activities.
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, logging and tracking maintenance work orders, and supporting financial and procurement processes in line with agency procedures.
This is a varied, hands-on role that requires strong organisation and attention to detail. You'll also provide flexible support across the team, including reporting, data entry, and other ad hoc tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Facilities function.

You will be paid a competitive total remuneration package of $85,951–$93,443, including an annual salary of $75,728–$82,329, plus employer's contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading.

About you
You're a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You're confident managing multiple tasks at once, while maintaining accuracy across records, financial processes, and operational documentation.
You're also confident working with systems and data, with experience in recordkeeping, data entry, and supporting financial or procurement processes. Most importantly, you're adaptable, reliable, and enjoy being part of a team that keeps essential services running smoothly.
Knowledge and Experience
Experience using work order systems (such as SAP or myWorkZone), with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in line with agency standards and compliance requirements.
Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices in accordance with organisational financial procedures.
