Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job description

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities

• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
