Job Details
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurants and units.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas to create a positive guest experience
Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment, including floors, walls, windows, and ceilings
Remove trash and recyclables to designated areas
Reset tables and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher and return them to their proper storage place
Clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards; may include the use of heavy equipment
Communicate special needs to servers/supervisors and assist guests with specific requests
Unload supply trucks and transfer materials to storage areas
Check and maintain the temperature of food items stored in refrigerators and freezers
