• CTC=25-28KRs per month depending on the candidature
This position is for TENANCY MANAGEMENT. It is about managing/coordinating the variety of Maintenance & Upkeep services for the Expat Houses in Mumbai (individual apartments spread over various locations). The services include AC AMC, Pest Control AMC, Electrical/Carpentry/Plumbing troubleshooting services, delivery of water jars and other services, Housekeeping, etc.
Job Role:
• Manage/Coordinate various services we offer to customers (maintenance, housekeeping, apartment and office set-up, etc) at various residential premises.
• Leading a team of supervisors, technicians
• Coordinate with various vendors, and internal teams to be able to smoothly deliver the services
• Coordinate with clients (through messages, phone, and on-site visits), receive requests, generate tickets
• The job involves on-site visits, as well as desk work- around 70% desk work from the office, 30% fieldwork
• Record / Data keeping / Scheduling
Skills:
• Prior experience in Facility Management, and managing/coordinating maintenance activities is a must
• English skills (verbal and written) are a must (our clients are foreigners)
• Good skills in message/email writing, Excel, word, are a must
• Multi-tasking, Peoples management
• Hands-on with general PC and software usage
