The full-time Head of Facilities for Logistics , Industrial Parks & office space shall provides overall leadership to the Engineering, Facilities and Grounds, and Security teams and an organization-wide safety program. This position safely coordinates and directs all departmental functions including planning, and budgeting, while ensuring cooperative and effective interactions with other departments, contractors, and clients.
Position Summary:
The Head of Facilities will lead the teams responsible for Engineering, Security, and Maintenance of logistics, industrial parks, and office spaces, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the annual work plan, budget, and operations (civil, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems).
• Supervise teams (Estate Managers, Security, Housekeeping) and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee capital projects, safety programs, and tenant relations.
• Maintain up-to-date approvals and ERP data.
Requirements:
• Education: Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience: 15+ years in facilities management (logistics/industrial parks preferred).
• Skills: Knowledge of MEP, ERP, and strong leadership abilities.
• Other: Valid driving license required.
