The role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee governance and reporting for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio. This critical role ensures robust performance management, financial tracking, and compliance with all contractual KPIs and SLAs.
Please note this role will be required in Huntingwood with ability to travel to Sydney CBD once a week.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to JLL's operating model and governance frameworks for IFM delivery
Lead regular governance meetings with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to review performance, compliance, and risk
Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on work order performance, including response times, resolution times, backlog, and completion rates
Track and report on financial performance, including budget adherence, cost savings, and variance analysis
Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of all contractual KPIs and SLAs with accurate and timely submission
Performance ManagementMonitor and drive continuous improvement in service delivery by analyzing trends in work order data, financials, and KPI/SLA results
Identify underperformance or risk areas and implement corrective actions with operational teams and subcontractors
Support implementation of best practices and process improvements across the IFM portfolio
Stakeholder EngagementServe as primary point of contact for governance and reporting matters with clients and JLL team
Requirements:
Experience in facilities management, operations, or related field with strong understanding of IFM delivery models
Demonstrated ability to manage governance processes and reporting for large, complex portfolios
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard platforms (Power BI, Tableau, JLL proprietary systems)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and financial tracking in service delivery environments
