This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You will coordinate work requests, purchase orders, assist with fleet operations and complete general administration of facilities maintenance. You’ll be liaising with contractors, service agents and staff groups to deliver all aspects of facilities building management.

You will work as a team of two facilities operators delivering a professional and helpful customer experience. You'll need to bring your top-notch communication and organisational skills to understand all manner of customer requests, making sure they are connected with the correct service provider to respond with a solution.
You'll implement front line processes to support security and preventative and reactive maintenance for buildings. You are solutions focused and have a strong knowledge of buildings and contractors preferably within a facility management environment.

Position - Full time, permenant
Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $74,394 to $82,660 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
