Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Facilities Technician to join our team in Crick. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs at the site, including fixtures and fittings. To work proactively with the QHSE & Facilities team to maintain management systems that promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 out of 7 days.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £48,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of site facilities within the warehouse, including electrical, and plumbing systems
• Support site contractors to ensure safety and compliance with facilities maintenance
• Be responsible for planned preventative maintenance on site
• Carry out simple plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, unblocking sinks and drains etc
What you need to succeed at GXO:
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Effective team working and networking skills, the ability to work independently, using own initiative
• Electrical/ Mechanical Qualification Level 3
• Level 2 Diploma in Engineering, City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring
• IOSH Managing Safely
