Description
Mission:
Optimize the effectiveness of the Facilities team; assist the team in developing, managing, maintaining, and repairing the campus infrastructure and facilities; manage energy usage on campus, to encourage and develop Godly relationships while providing services to the church. Support the team by being a high contributor in bringing organization, structure, resource management, and ideas.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $21. Hours may shift depending on ministry needs and special events.
Outcomes:
1. Within 30 days: Be trained to a level of competency in daily facilities rhythms.
2. Within 60 days: Learn basic functions of the job as described below to help support the team, to complete ongoing maintenance and repairs for all church assets.
3. Within +0 days: After having learned the basic systems and functions of the job, work to create the most streamlined and effective processes to support the mini.

Maintenance duties: assist with ongoing repairs/maintenance to buildings/structures and public areas. Troubleshoot problems as necessary. Open and/or close campus following safety and security guidelines; assist with set-ups and tear-downs in meeting rooms and areas; assist in custodial cleaning of all public areas and meeting spaces.
Assist Facilities Coordinators: with support in daily tasks as requested, including managing community service workers.
Respond to any Fire and/or burglar alarms: by staying in communication to monitoring systems via phone or computer.
Meetings / Staff chapel: attend meetings as required.
Grow and elevate our volunteers: by creating a family atmosphere and an environment to thrive in.
